WATER Is a polar inorganic compound that is at room temperature, a
tasteless and odorless liquid nearly colorless with a hint of blue.
It is commonly recommended to drink 8 ounce glass of water daily.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF WATER
- Water helps to maximize physical performance.
- Hydration has a major effect on energy levels and brain function. In a study of young women according to research, fluid loss of 1.36% after exercise impaired both mood and concentration, increased frequency of headaches. Another similar study in young men, showed that fluid loss of 1.59% was detrimental to working memory and increased feeling s of anxiety and fatigue.
- Drinking water may help to prevent and treat headache (as it occurs with me, this works 80% for me). Drinking water can sometimes help relieve headache symptoms, especially in people who are dehydrated.
- Drinking more water may help relieve constipation.
- Drinking clean water may help treat kidney stones. Increased water intake appears to decrease the risk of kidney stone formation.
- Water helps prevent hangovers. A hangover refers to the unpleasant symptoms experienced after drinking alcohol. Alcohol is a diuretic, so it makes you lose more water than you take in. This can lead to dehydration.
- Drinking more water can help with weight loss.
- Drinking enough water maintains the body's fluid balance.
- Muscle fuel. Sweating at the gym causes muscles to lose water and when the muscles does not have enough water, they get tired.
- Clearer skin. Certain toxins I the body cam cause the skin to inform which results in clogged pores and acne. Water does flush out these toxins and reduce the risk of pimples.

MY WATER TESTIMONY
In the time past, I experienced headaches almost everyday once am a
little bit stressed. It wasn't normal. I easily get worried, feel anxiety and at the end of the day, I had
achieved a little below expectation. I was not a water fan. Until last year 2016, when I learnt to drink water. Today I drink 5 - 6
sachets of water daily and once I have a little headache, water solves it...
It is healthy to drink enough water on a daily basis.
