FFH - WATERLEAF

Growing up, the only thing I remember mum used WATERLEAF for, was to add it to the 4 different kinds of vegetables she used in preparing vegetable soup. Until recently, I never knew how life-saving waterleaf is. WATERLEAF "talinum triangulare" an edible leafy vegetable that belongs to the Portulacea family. As the name implies, this green vegetable is referred to as waterleaf due to its high moisture contents of about 90.8g per 100gm of the leaf. The leaf is sticky when cut and it's sticky nature is attributed to its high pectin content that supplies the dietary fiber. Waterleaf is a rich source of Vitamin C, E, Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, soluble fibres(pectin), potassium, b-carotene, proteins and dietary fiber. Its  FINANCIAL FRIDAY with TRIBESMAN EPHRAIM Series :  Freedom from financial bondage. Financial bondage is usually the result of incorrect beliefs about money. You profess to be a follower of Christ and yet your financial habits have been conformed to the world system. That is why it’s important to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2   "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Because what you believe changes how you behave. If you change what you believe about money - turning away from what the culture wants you to believe and towards what God wants to teach you - you will be transformed, radically changed from inside out. Today on Fruits, Food and Hair, we shall be discussing milk. Yes, Milk and all you need to know about it. Have you ever imagined if the fat and slim people have their own type of milk? “WATER: ITS HEALTH BENEFITS” WATER Is a polar inorganic compound that is at room temperature, a tasteless and odorless liquid nearly colorless with a hint of blue. It is commonly recommended to drink 8 ounce glass of water daily. HEALTH BENEFITS OF WATER Water helps to maximize physical performance. Hydration has a major effect on energy levels and brain function.
